Giving Hope to the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta
This past week, Sevenly was honored to be part of an incredible gift giving day at the Children’s Healthcare Atlanta. In celebration of our newest collaboration with Headbands of Hope, we teamed up to give out headbands and shirts to children under the care of CHOA.
“The feeling of delivering headbands and shirts of inspiration, and of course smiles, to the kids at Children’s Healthcare Atlanta is most indescribable. Smiles, tears, and laughs filled the halls. The kiddos at CHOA’s strength is so inspiring and reminds me why we do what we do here a Sevenly, and even more exciting to team up with like-minded brands such as Headbands of Hope,” saying Anna Gilbert of Sevenly.
Headbands of Hope provides one headband to a child with cancer, for every headband purchased. Who knew a small accessory could make such a big impact? During her time in college, Founder Jess saw a lot of kids loved to wear headbands after losing their hair to chemotherapy. She soon realized that there were no businesses donating headbands to kids with cancer, only wigs and hats. She started Headbands of Hope out of her dorm room in college with two headbands, her computer, and a burning passion to help these kids. Today, Headbands of Hope is carried in thousands of stores across the world, and we at Sevenly are honored to partner with them, bringing their pieces to our site.
Pursuing joy and impact on a daily basis is the reason that we, as give-back brands, exist. Being able to team up and bring even larger impact to the lives around us is something we are beyond grateful for. Make sure you check our Headbands of Hope, launching on Sevenly’s site, and bringing a smile to the face of a child battling illness. #BecausePeopleMatter
A huge thank you to Headbands of Hope and Southend Films.
