The bridal industry drives billions of dollars to the market world wide. From the wedding dresses to the travel industry every aspect of one's planning their nuptials. The dress being one of the most quintessential of the soiree--no wonder so much is invested in producing these spectacular shows world wide where countless of designers make their way to New York, Barcelona, and Milan to show case their master pieces in the hopes of making countless of women's dreams come true for the special day that will create lifetime memories.

World Bride Magazine had the pleasure of seeing that first hand all is invested in producing an amazing show while attended shows this past week, April 20-24. Five days, 34 designers with 320 brands of wedding dresses, evening gowns to men's formal attire. The visit alone to beautiful Barcelona was enjoyable. Steps away from Museu Nacional d'art de Catalunya , Fira de Barcelona brought in over 18,000 visitors which were a mix of exhibitors, buyers, designers, boutique owners, retailers, and media personnels from all over the world.

For me it was reminiscent of my fond days at New York Fashion Week under the tents of Bryant Park and Lincoln Center. Barcelona has brought designers from all of the world, Poland, France, Ukraine, Lebanon, Japan, Italy to name a few.

All representing the variety of beauties that want to commit to the union of marriage of all ages, sizes, ethnic backgrounds, and skin tones. Bravo to the team and the designers that made sure there was representation across the spectrum as it should be. So for the sake of this article we are going to share with you a few of of our favorite looks from her runway show.

I want to focus on one iconic figure with over 36 years in the fashion industry. Lucrèce Falcoz, is the face of Cymbeline and is currently positioned as artistic director of the house. She designs and manufactures wedding dresses with a brilliant view of fantasy with Parisian avant-garde sense of style.

Her interview while in French, she expressed her desire to make women feel youthful and beautiful on their wedding day.

She speaks of the collection being fluid like water and its essential purpose in our lives.
